82-00-3126 - Cushioning cover for exposed ball mount saves your shins from bumps and bruises.

If you have ever banged your shin on the edge of the ball mount sticking out of the back of your truck, you know it's like biting your tongue and smashing your finger at the same time! The new Fastway Shin Guard safety cover can save you some skin (and may prevent a few cuss words too). Another great feature of the Shin Guard is the wiring harness tether that keeps the harness wire from dragging on the ground. The tether stays attached to your harness wire with the flat end. Then, when you're ready to tow, simply pull the loose end through the loop on the side of the Shin Guard and fasten it into place. The Shin Guard fits both 2-5/6" and 2" hitch balls on ball mounts up to 2-1/2" wide, and 1/2" thick. Available in three colors: black (82-00-3125) to blend in, and high visibility orange (82-00-3126) or yellow (82-00-3127).
